Rumpelstiltskin by Story Theatre

January 21 2:00 to 3:00 pm

Jeff Leard, Storyteller, sparkles in this very active, new telling of the Grimm’s tale of Rumpelstiltskin. It deals with the origins of Rumpelstiltskin, how the daughter becomes the victim of her father’s bragging and then is trapped in a web of spinning straw into gold. It answers a number of questions often left out of the story.

4 stars! “The Brothers Grimm would smack their lips over some of Leard’s encounters.” – Liz Nicholls, Edmonton Journal
