If anyone knows the owner/is the owner of a hound (white with brown ears and black patches, black collar please let him/her know he was wandering around the end of Moes at the North end of the reservoir tonight obviously looking for his owner i.e lost. ;He was friendly but would not let me get close enough to see if there was a number attached to his collar. He was still there when I began and finished my walk between about 6.45 and 7.15 pm. Thanks!
