We’re renting out our spacious, ground-floor one-bedroom suite with lots of natural light.
Included:
All utilities (including Wi-Fi and on-demand hot water)
Shared laundry (located just outside the suite)
Parking for one vehicle
Large under-stair storage closet
External storage for bikes and skis
- Epic bathroom!
Extras:
Some or all of the furniture in the photos can be included — ideally we'd like to leave at least a few pieces
Please Note:
The kitchen currently has 2 extra freezers in it, so there will be more space when removed
Paint touch-ups will be done in spots that need it before move-in
Additional Info:
- Looking for quiet, mature tenant

Rent may be negotiable for single occupancy
