A gentle reminder that if you own a home in Rossland that TODAY is the deadline to pay property taxes and file for a 2024 Home Owner Grant before a 10% penalty is imposed by the province on outstanding balances.
Home Owner Grant
To file for a home owner grant for 2024 this is something that is administered by the province, and has to be completed annually, even if you are on the property tax deferment program.
The process only takes a few minutes and can be completed online, or via phone.

You'll need the following info handy to complete the application:
- Your jurisdiction (229) and folio # (01609.400 )
- Date of Birth
- Social Insurance #
