ALL mamas welcome, with or without kiddos. This is a community event hosted by Rossland Recreation and facilitated by Kat Loose at the Miners Hall. There will be access to all play gym toys and activities, coffee and tea. Kat will be facilitating some movement and discussion around specific themes pertaining to motherhood, Kindness, Strength, Value, Grace, Trust and Connection. $5 drop-in.
