Thursdays Oct 1 to Dec 10 3:00 to 5:00 pm

8-14 age group: The Fall is a great time to see what mother nature can teach us! This program is aimed at familiarizing youth with the powers behind wildflowers, trees, and medicinal plants. Learn the unique botanical tapestry of the Kootenays, found in your own backyard! Each week we will focus on a dynamic species of plants, using it in survival situations, consuming it, or creating something wonderful to take home.

5-7 age group: Come and enjoy the great outdoors, with nature and science based exploration and activities. Our program is geared towards encouraging learning this regions plant life, including wildflowers and trees. Each week we will get familiar with our animal friends and more!

Cost is $12 for members or $14 for non-members. Punch passes (10x) also available - $108 for members or $126 for members. Please register ahead for COVID-19 measures and to allow us to prepare for each week's program - you can now purchase punch passes or individual sessions in our online shop.
