Canada’s "Queen of the Fiddle”, Natalie MacMaster, comes to Trail for a lively, intimate night of acoustic Cape Breton traditional and original music. Natalie will be joined by a trio of special guests: European Celtic guitarist Tim Edey, Irish/ Canadian Juno award winning percussionist Mark Kelso, and Natalie's oldest daughter, Mary Frances Leahy.
A superstar in the Celtic music world, fiddler and step-dancer Natalie MacMaster will be bringing her remarkable live Up Close and Personal concert experience to The Bailey Theatre. Natalie has built a sterling multi-decade career on electrifying playing and must-see live performances. She has won 2 Junos, 5 Canadian Country Music awards as Fiddler of the Year, and was presented with the Order of Canada and collaborated with artists including Yo-Yo Ma, Faith Hill, Carlos Santana, the Chieftans, Don Henley, and Johnny Reid.
