Adapted by Booker Prize-winning author Ian McEwan from his own novel, The Children Act is an intelligent,sophisticated and intriguing film. High Court judge Fiona, an amazing Emma Thompson, always puts her work first, threatening her marriage to Jack (Stanley Tucci).
