RYLA is a program offered by Rotary District 5080.

·         Group dynamics

·         Styles of leadership

·         Effective communications

·         Characteristics of effective leaders

See a full description of topics in the RYLA brochure atthe District 5080 website:  https://portal.clubrunner.ca/50006

The successful candidate’s costs for the program, including tuition, accommodation, and food are covered by Rotary. Attendees usually arrange their own travel, but if this is not possible our clubs will assist.

Past Attendees have found the program to be rewarding. Last year’s attendee described her Ryla experience:

The experiences I had at RYLA are ones in which have shaped how I am able to interpret the world around me as well as how I present myself to others. Since attending the program, I have been told that I seem to have more confidence in who I am. I am grateful for having attended such a unique program and would highly recommend it to any of my peers.
