Matting & Framing Help needed

Does anyone know who would do one new mat and 2 new pieces of glass for some prints that got damaged?

I brought my grandfather's Olympic memorabilia there for framing, never saw it again. The owner 'misplaced' . Not sure if it's still the same owner but I would never get anything framed there.
