Does anyone know of a source of kolbassa made around here? Also happy to learn about other great local-ish smaller farmed meats. 25oh 726 3742

I second Rooted Table. An excellent selection of local products. We are really lucky to have these farmers in our town providing this shop for us!

Maybe sold in places by its other name (Polish Sausage)? Costco often sells old country-style products also, but I'm thinking you may have to go to the prairies to get some authentic kielbassa
