Hi there, I was wondering if there is anyone around who is into secular meditation and mindfulness meditation. I just wanted to build more of a regular routine for myself and am looking into doing some attention training etc... I am looking for some people to build a little support system (this could be over zoom or outdoors (Covid-safe)). Let me know if you are interested!

I haven't been active in any meditation communities in the last few years, but when I was in university in Boston I regularly attended a secular/humanist meditation group that I found to be a great experience. I'd be interested in hearing if you make any developments on this front!
