Community Yoga Drop-In on Saturday morning 9AM

Please join me (Dani Woolsey) for an all levels yoga and movement session to start your weekend!  The class will be themed around the broad experience of fear, courage, support and community.

This one hour class will incorporate pranayama (breathwork), a movement practice (exercises and postures), and a concluding meditation.

Location: Madhu Wellness Collective - 2070 Washington Street in Rossland

Time: 9-10am (Please arrive early so everyone has a chance to settle in before we begin!)

Investment: Suggested $10 minimum donation (50% of all collected donations will go to a select charity/organization).

Please Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (there are mats to borrow if you need one), warm clothes, your favourite sitting cushion. **Props are available to borrow**
